ROBERT J. SMYTH, M.D.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Dr. Smyth graduated from St. Xavier High School. Following in his father’s footsteps as a physician, he chose to specialize in both the medical and surgical aspects of the head and neck area with a focus on Facial Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Smyth received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Georgetown University in Washington DC.  After completing his internship and residency programs at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, he did his Facial Plastic/Otolaryngology surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, and received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.

Dr. Smyth is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngology, Ohio State Medical Association and Cincinnati Academy of Medicine.  In addition to his private practice, he is also a senior attending physician at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati OH.  In medical practice since 1978, Dr. Smyth has additional training in laser rejuvenation, liposuction techniques and other facial cosmetic advancements.

He is married with three sons and six grandchildren.  He loves spending time with family. He also enjoys golf, playing the piano, gardening, exercising, and staying involved at his local parish.
